Failed renders

If a render does not complete, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. You never need to contact us for this.

Unused credits

You can request a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and the corresponding credits are removed from your balance.

Used credits

Credits that have produced a completed render are not refundable, because the render has already been delivered. If you're unhappy with a result, tell us — we'll usually add replacement credits so you can try a different prompt.

How to request one

Email support from the address on your account with your purchase date and pack. We aim to respond within two business days.
